Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Do not stuff.

For her little broomstick, use black pipe cleaner.
1. Cut 3 pieces 3” long.
2. Twist the 3 pieces together and wrap one end to form the bottom of the broom. Now braid the 3 pieces of pipe cleaner, wrap top to secure. Do not trim. You will use one of the pieces to wrap around the yarn to complete her broom.
3. For the top of her little broom, use nutmeg colored yarn.
4. Cut 12 pieces 4” long. Cut another piece of yarn and tie in center, knot to secure.
5. Place pipe cleaner near bottom of nutmeg yarn (wrap one extended piece of pipe cleaner around nutmeg yarn, trim pipe cleaner).
6. Wrap the yarn you used to tie the knot around the base of the nutmeg yarn (like creating a tassel) and secure. (To secure, thread through needle and run through bottom).
7. Trim top of broom and any excess yarn.
8. Cut a small piece of red yarn and tie a bow.
To Assemble:
1. Attach head to body.
2. Attach arms, just below head.
3. With nutmeg yarn, secure broom to hand and trim yarn.
4. Using pink embroidery floss, sew nose.
5. Tie a red bow with yarn around neck.Your Lil HK Witch is complete!

Thank You for the beautiful pattern! I just LOVE how it turned out! Was supposed to be put on a wreath but she's just too cute to sew on a wreath and only be seen a few weeks a year!
Looks like I'll have to make more :)
